Brief Project Description: Providing a long term Strategic Communication plan to cover all areas of the business, and roll out the new brand.
A Brisbane based investment group in the process of national expansion, Wilson HTM called on STA to create a communication plan which could be used to drive all media, marketing and branding related actions over a period of four years.
The resulting comprehensive communication plan was used as a point of reference for the development of policy and all communication with four identified key stakeholder groups.
The plan was based firmly on strategic goals which were aligned with the groups’ objectives.
STA assisted with the roll out over a four year period including:
- A comprehensive media and issues management program
- Negotiated a fortnightly advice column with a major metropolitan newspaper, and edited all copies for submission over a two year period
- Provided editorial and writing assistance for the quarterly retail newsletter, distributed to more than 15,000 broking clients
- Issues management advice on an ongoing basis.
